Your private chats and documents are not used to train our AI models without your explicit permission.

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments (Paystack), or provide the AI models and document-processing services that power the Service — bound by confidentiality obligations
• Your law firm administrators, if you belong to a firm account, to the extent needed for team management and usage visibility
• Authorities, where disclosure is required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LawpalAI or others
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply

We keep your chats, documents, and drafts for as long as your account is active, so you can return to them at any time. You can delete an individual chat or document whenever you like.
